Can I still book a bounce house if I don't reside in your delivery territory?

Does the price include delivery (setup, tear down)?
Let's face it, no one likes unexpected fees and we're no different. We offer FREE DELIVERY for customers with a delivery zip code 30127. There is a minimum order requirement for some locations and if for some reason you don't meet the minimum order requirement to reach the minimum value, continue adding some more excitement to your party or event. We do not service rental communities (apartments, mobile home, duplexes), parks and sub-division pools/club-houses.
We do charge a delivery fee and there's a minimum value for delivery for customers within certain zip codes. Prices do not include sales tax.
Why can't I use the discount code on packages and holiday rentals?
Coupon codes will not be applied towards party packages. Party packages are discounted as a bundle. If you book a party package along with a non-party package, the discount code will not apply. Holiday rate rentals include an increase in price due to supply and demand.
When do you setup?
Setup depends on the number of rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance or possibly the evening before if available at no additional charge. If this is the case, we will call beforehand to confirm that someone will be at the party location. We are currently not setting up at parks unless they are affiliated directly with the parks, but it would still need to be approved and will require at 14 day notice. We do not setup at apartments, town homes or any other rental communities at this time.
Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit the entire time. Once unplugged they will deflate. That is why we require an outlet within 50-100' of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, so we bring our own required heavy-duty cords. Please shut off blowers overnight and inflate the following morning. Inflatables MUST remain inflated during rain. The only time to deflate an inflatable is during HIGH wind.
How much electricity ⚡️ (power) do I need?
Our inflatable are powered by a fully enclosed electric blower unit, which operates using a standard 110-volt, 20-amp, three-prong electrical outlet. Each blower typically draws between 9 to 15 amps (1,000 to 1,800 watts), and larger units may utilize multiple blowers. It's essential to have electricity available within 100 feet of the inflatable, as these motors run continuously to maintain inflation. In cases where adequate outlets or power sources are unavailable, a generator can be utilized to power the units.
Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
To hold a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $1.00 is required at the time of reservation, unless agreed upon in writing by Jays Jumpin Bounceez LLC. The balance is due 1 day before your event and or delivery. You will receive a remaining balance payment link via email 2 days before your delivery date unless you request the link sooner. If the balance is not paid no later than 1 day before your event your rental may be canceled. Payment in full at the time of reservation to get a discounted rate is non-refundable. If there's a cancellation on a paid-in-full rental during reservation only a raincheck will be offered to go towards a rescheduled rental for up to one year.
Failure to notify Jays Jumpin Bounceez LLC of cancellation before 10 days of the event will result in a $50 cancellation fee that will be automatically placed on the customer's debit or credit card provided at the time of reservation. In the event the cancellation is made before the 10 days there will be no charge.
Customer will only receive a full refund if customer cancels due to rain or inclement weather conditions. Inclement weather is the only variable that will necessitate a refund. A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED for any other reason except inclement weather. The period for weather cancellations will be judged on a case-by-case basis, but no later than the morning of the delivery date of the rental to receive a refund. NO REFUND will be issued after the equipment has been delivered, even if the equipment is not used.
When an order is rescheduled to a later date due to a cancellation and the date(s) includes a holiday rate, the holiday rate will apply to the order no matter if the original order was paid in full.
In the event of rain and/or strong winds such that the equipment cannot be safely used, Jays Jumpin Bounceez LLC will cancel delivery without penalty. For inclement weather cancellations by Jays Jumpin Bounceez LLC, the deposit/payment will be REFUNDED IN FULL in the form of payment it was received as long as the equipment has not been delivered and set up.
Rates are per day for any non-residential delivery setup locations (schools, churches, businesses, etc). If the delivery address is identified as a non-residential location even after a booking has been made, the residential rate will be removed and replaced to reflect the non-residential rate. Jays Jumpin Bounceez LLC does not leave equipment overnight at these non-residential premises unless it's approved before booking and the renter agrees to take full responsibility in the event there's theft or vandalism.
We accept all major credit cards via Square. We also offer Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Clearpay/Afterpay (Buy Now, Pay Later).
Do you collect tax?
Yes. In accordance with state/local laws, we charge sales tax on ALL rentals. If your organization is recognized as a tax-exempt organization by the State of Georgia, Jays Jumpin Bounceez LLC, must receive a copy of your tax exemption certificate forty-eight (48) hours prior to your event or we must collect sales tax in accordance with state/local laws. In the State of Georgia, IRS certified Not for Profit Entities are not automatically exempted from State Sales Tax.
What if it rains or there's bad weather?
During an event, if the wind exceeds 15 mph or there is any question of safety DEFLATE THE INFLATABLE IMMEDIATELY AND CALL US!
What if it rains during my rental time?
The built-in cover will keep off light rain, so a brief shower won’t spoil the fun, but please take care to keep the inside dry to prevent slipping. If the rain gets heavier, you will need to stop play until it stops raining. Make sure you dry the inside thoroughly before participants start play again.
Do you offer military/law enforcement discounts?
Yes, for our First Responders and Military families we can't Thank You enough for the sacrifice you make. This is one discount we truly love giving out. Email us at info@jjbounceez.com (include copy of ID to get discount). Only applies to backyard parties. Only 1 code to be allowed per event. We will send coupon code in response to the email.
Are there any special requirements for larger inflatables (waterslides, obstacle courses)?
No stairs, incline or decline present. The larger inflatables can weigh up to 650 pounds. There needs to be at least a 4' pathway required. Make sure the inflatable will fit in the desired setup area on a smooth grassy, pavement, or dirt surface (not muddy). Check website for dimensions.
Do you provide a garden/water hose with the waterslide inflatables?
No. You as the customer will need to provide a regular 50'-100' garden/water hose from your water source to the inflatable.
Can we put something on the waterslide other than water to make it faster?
No. It can be impossible to clean off the vinyl and or may cause damage.
Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
Yes. A copy of the contract you signed is included in the email of your booking confirmation.
Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e., not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We do not want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
How do I make a weekday booking?

How do I make a non-residential booking?
Contact us by phone at (404) 471-3188 or email us at info@jjbounceez.com to setup your custom booking. If an organization or representative of that organization makes a booking online, we will make changes to the order adjusting the rates (applies to renters who host their event at one of these establishments for personal use as well). Rates are per day for organizations such as schools, churches, parks and businesses and renters that host their event at one of these establishments. Rates are per day for any non-residential delivery setup locations (schools, churches, businesses, etc). If the delivery address is identified as a non-residential location even after a booking has been made, the residential rate will be removed and replaced to reflect the non-residential rate. Jays Jumpin Bounceez LLC does not leave equipment overnight at these non-residential premises, unless it's approved prior to booking and the renter agrees to take full responsibility in the event there's theft, vandalism.
What if I need to book last minute?
Bookings require more notice (1 day) to ensure delivery. Please call or text us at (404) 471-3188 for last-minute availability. If there's availability, there will be a $50 last-minute booking fee.
Can I purchase a Damage Waiver (Optional Coverage)?
